The Goal:

The goal was to redesign Adilimp’s website to significantly improve conversion rates and guide users clearly toward contact and quotation via WhatsApp.

The project focused on creating a clear, trustworthy and conversion-oriented landing page, aligning the brand’s visual identity with its positioning as a professional, reliable and specialized cleaning service for sofas, mattresses and rugs.

The primary objective was to reduce friction, improve information hierarchy and make the next action obvious: request a quote.

The Challenge:

The previous website suffered from several UX and UI issues that directly impacted conversions:

  • Lack of visual hierarchy in typography and colors

  • No clear application of the brand identity

  • Weak or unclear CTAs

  • Poor content organization, making it hard for users to understand services quickly

  • No clear flow guiding users toward contact

From a UX perspective, the site did not support decision making. Users had to think too much before understanding the value proposition or finding how to get in touch.

The challenge was to redesign the experience using clarity, trust signals and conversion principles, especially for users looking for fast, reliable local services.

The Result:

The project redesigned Adilimp’s landing page using a conversion first UX approach, transforming the site into a clear, professional and action-oriented experience.

The new structure was built to guide users naturally through the decision-making process. Content hierarchy followed the F-pattern, enabling fast scanning and immediate understanding of the service. A consistent typographic scale and a refined color palette reinforced brand identity while improving readability and visual clarity.

Clear, high-contrast CTAs were strategically repeated across the page, always directing users to the primary goal: WhatsApp contact for instant quotes. Content blocks were organized to answer key user questions in the right order what the service is, why professional cleaning is more effective, whether the company can be trusted, and how to take action immediately.

Trust and credibility were strengthened through strong social proof, including Google reviews, real testimonials, before-and-after comparisons, service credentials, and written guarantees. Every design decision focused on reducing cognitive load, removing friction, and increasing user confidence.

The final result is a landing page designed not just to look good, but to protect the business from low conversion rates, user drop-offs and hesitation, while supporting real growth through usability, clarity and trust.
